Evan Baker, DDS is a family dental office at 846 N Euclid Ave in Ontario, CA. The Baker family has cared for patients at this location since 1961. Dr. Evan Baker took over the practice from his father in 2008 and still runs it the same way: unhurried appointments, straight answers about treatment, and plans that respect your budget.
A Local Practice Since 1961
Dr. Evan grew up in Ontario and graduated from Chaffey High School before studying at the University of Utah and the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He came home to join the family business, and many of the families we see today have trusted the Baker practice for more than one generation.
Our Team
Dr. Evan works alongside a small, long-serving team: Nellie, our head dental assistant; Vivian, our hygienist; and Melissa, who runs the front office. Because our team has been together for years, patients see familiar faces at every visit.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Please bring your insurance information, a photo ID and your preferred payment method. Your first visit usually includes a cleaning and a complete exam. Dr. Evan will review what he finds, answer your questions and recommend a treatment plan that fits your needs and budget.
Office Hours and Location
We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and closed on weekends. Our office on N Euclid Ave is convenient for patients in Ontario, Upland, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino and nearby communities.
